Our staff are fully commited to health and safety
We pride ourselves on making Health and Safety a top priority. It is important to us that we deliver projects on time, on budget, but also safely. Our staff and those working with us are valued team members and their safety is paramount, so we do not bend the rules.
Our existing Health and Safety record is outstanding, and we will strive to keep it that way for years to come. We believe that our track record reflects our commitment to keeping and maintaining safe working sites for all and also provides potential partners with peace of mind when embarking on a working relationship with us.
Quality Assurance
One of our key objectives is to produce quality projects every time. We manage this through a Quality Assurance scheme in the form of the ISO9001 certification.
Our QA procedures cascade through the business from site level to senior management. We empower our supervisors and project managers with the responsibility of establishing and maintaining the standards of installation established within our quality assurance system.
Ensuring quality is maintained and standards are enforced throughout the duration of the project is one of our main priorities.
Some of the protocols and processes we use are as follow:
- Detailed forward planning
- Approval process for suppliers and sub-contractors
- Weekly quality inspections on all sites
- Monthly Project Reviews
- Benchmarking
- KPI’s
- Self-snagging
- Project health tracking
“Health and safety is a real focus of mine. I want to ensure that we are always striving to become leaders in industry so we can provide a healthy and safe environment for all our staff and suppliers to work in.
It is important that we can be sure we are providing this to the best of our ability and managing our processes as we grow as a company”
